Suicide car bomber strikes police station in Ramadi; 7 dead
BAGHDAD (CNN) -- A suicide car bomber detonated his explosive outside a police station in Ramadi, west of Baghdad, killing seven people -- including three police officers -- and wounding 10 Monday evening, an Iraqi interior ministry official said.

Four police were among the wounded, the official said.

The attack happened at the al-Warar police station in Ramadi, about 60 miles (100 km) west of Baghdad in Iraq's Sunni-dominated Anbar province. -- From CNN's Mohammed Tawfeeq (Posted 1:27 p.m.)
