US Marine killed in Iraq's Anbar province
BAGHDAD, Iraq Relatives of another American killed in Iraq are being notified.

In the meantime, the military is saying only that the service member was killed in combat Wednesday in western Iraq's volatile Anbar province.

2. Sure. Concentrate on that "one explosion a day"...
we should be looking at all of the GOOD things that are happening in Iraq, like........... well, give me a month or two and I'm sure I can come up with something.

And only ONE on Wednesday? Sounds to me like "the surge" is a dazzling success! :banghead:
Sorry, I woke up with a serious case of the sarcasms this morning. Maybe some coffee would help. It's the same thing everyday. Some other family's son or daughter isn't coming home because of Bush's tremendous ego and his boundless stupidity. :cry:

5. Military: 79 U.S. Troops Died In Iraq In February
Another deadly month for U.S. troops in Iraq has drawn to a close.

The U.S. military said 79 service members were killed in Iraq in February. The last was a Marine killed in combat Wednesday in western Iraq's dangerous Anbar province.

CAMP FALLUJAH, Iraq – A Marine assigned to Multi National Force-West was killed
Wednesday while conducting combat operations in Al Anbar Province.

The name of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of next of kin
and release by the Department of Defense.
