More civilians die in Afghanistan
More civilians die in Afghanistan

Nine Afghan civilians have been killed in a bombing raid in Kapisa province, Afghan officials say.

US forces have confirmed carrying out an air strike in the area but say they have no accurate casualty information.

The news comes shortly after US forces were accused of killing 10 civilians during a shoot out on Sunday in Nangarhar province.

Journalists say US troops confiscated their photos and video footage of the aftermath of the violence.

Note to the mods---I don't think this is a dupe. This appears to be entirely seperate from the civilians killed on Sunday.

2. Just heard a radio report
The air strike was carried out by "NATO," and the civilians were killed by "western" forces. Well, that's a relief! Glad it wasn't any of our faultless, star-spangled, freckle-faced all-American boys and girls who killed family members from four generations in this air strike.
