(Sorry that their isn't more yet, but basically, when the DoJ said he had resigned, he did, but instead of leaving, they were trying to set him up with a NEW Office in another part of the DoJ! Replay on NPR at 6:05pm EDT, on-line between 7:00 and 7:30pm EDT)

Justice Department in a State of Upheaval

Audio for this story will be available at approx. 7:30 p.m. ET

All Things Considered, March 16, 2007 · Despite the resignation of Kyle Sampson,
Attorney General Alberto Gonzales's chief of staff, on Monday,
the Justice Department initially took steps to establish him as a lawyer elsewhere in the department.
On Tuesday, he left Justice entirely. Michele Norris talks with NPR's Ari Shapiro
about this and about plans for the Justice Department and White House
officials to testify before Congress.

(Audio at link above soon, and will replay on NPR at approx 6:05pm EDT)

5. The audio is on-line now at the OP link.
Here too: <http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=8959459>

Btw, you can use either the Real Player or the Windows Media Player, you get to pick the one you prefer the first time you click on N NPR audio link, or if one stops working, just click Help> Streaming Audio Guide> select the one you want to use, then back out, back to the audio link.
