Oslo court frees 'Iraqi militant'
A Norwegian court has ruled that the founder of an Iraqi Islamic militant group cannot be held while he is investigated for attempted murder.
Mullah Krekar, the head of Kurdish group Ansar al-Islam, was arrested on Friday at his home in Oslo, where he has had refugee status since 1991.

US officials suspect that Ansar al-Islam has ties to Osama Bin Laden's al-Qaeda network.

Mullah Krekar was detained last year on terrorism charges.
