Source: Associated Press

By MATT APUZZO, Associated Press Writer

U.S. District Judge Henry H. Kennedy ordered the hearing Friday over the objection of the Justice Department after lawyers raised questions about the possibility that other evidence also might have been destroyed.

Kennedy, appointed to the trial court by President Clinton, is considering whether to delve into the matter and, if so, how deeply...

1. NO WAY and for NO REASON should an inquiry/investigation into those destoyed tapes...
...be delayed or held off. If bu$hit, Inc. is protesting - THEY'RE HIDING SOMETHING - and we need to KNOW what they're hiding.

Creeps.

5. Exactly. And that is just so frustrating.
You or I would be doing life for the stuff these guys have done. They just skate. And then just turn around and do it again and again and again.

4. C-Span just announced they will have people there to cover the hearing when it adjourns.
They didn't give a time... I'll try to keep checking.
