Bob Novak, the pugnacious conservative pundit, may have to answer an assault charge in Manchester, N.H., stemming from an altercation with an activist on primary night last month. The dust-up ensued after Brad Carr, 54, who calls himself "an independent citizen" who's against the Bush administration, taunted Novak, 72, a host of CNN's "Crossfire," which was broadcasting live from a restaurant.

Novak is a traitor and a liar, so if he can't take the heat he should stay out of the kitchen. He outed an undercover CIA agent and he has to deal with people calling him a traitor. For too long people have been letting these corporate controlled neo-con Nazis get away with their behavior because we are supposed to be a polite society. They count on us not taking our anger to the streets and confronting them. Don't let them get away with it. Every opportunity we have to expose their hypocrisy should be taken.

Any unwarranted physical contact is considered an assault and if Brad Carr has evidence and willing witnesses, he should proceed with his case. More power to him. Novak has thick skin, so if he reacts with violence when someone calls him a name, then he has to take the consequences of his actions.

Maybe, just maybe, Novack will still share a cell with Bubba, for assault and battery.

If nothing else, it will show that no matter how well connected you are, there are limits.

Oh and if the boy cannot handle being called a traitor, he should not have outed a CIA Operator, it is THAT SIMPLE!
