10 Iraqi female prisoners handed over to Iraqis (from US prisons in Iraq)

BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Ten Iraqi female prisoners that had been detained by U.S. forces were handed over to Iraqi authorities, a U.S. adviser said on Tuesday.

�The ten prisoners were handed over to the Iraqis today,� the adviser told Aswat al-Iraq.

�There are currently no Iraqi female detainees in any U.S. prison in Iraq,� he added.
