Senate officials close Norm Coleman’s office
By Associated Press

WASHINGTON — Senate officials closed Norm Coleman’s office Monday morning, two days after the Minnesota Republican’s term expired.

Coleman’s staffers had reported to work Monday to do constituent service. But the Senate Rules Committee ordered the office closed because Coleman’s term was finished.

The action came on the same day that the state Canvassing Board certified election results showing Democrat Al Franken winning the state’s U.S. Senate recount.

Coleman’s attorneys have said they’re likely to sue.

This is how Al should enter Coleman's office

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b_mwsDFm7bQ

Anyone who listened to his AAR show knows he's as committed as they come, knows his stuff and gets his points acros with ease.
Al's going to be one of the Senate greats. Bet on it.

Good riddance, Norm and eat it, rightwingers. Karma's a bitch. I hope this hurts as much for you as it did for us when you dishonestly attacked Wellstone's memorial.

13. Holy Crap, Al does a great Mick Jagger. I am impressed
Even the song title that they performed (under my thumb) would be so appropriate

Big Al called it ('it' being the office of POTUS) for Obama in the epilogue of Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them and now he's a senator himself!
YAY! :woohoo:

Hope all the other stuff he envisioned comes to life as well! :patriot:

14. Former Senator Coleman.
At every opportunity, we should be calling him former Senator. Not Norm, not Norm Coleman. Former Senator Coleman. I just love how it marginalizes him to use his (now) correct title. While it isn't official yet, I'll like saying Senator Al Franken even more.

looking in the background. Better save his $33 for that fight. Norm say hello to my friend Karma.
