Sen. Sherrod Brown's Mother Dies At 88

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The mother of Ohio Sen. Sherrod Brown has died at age 88.


The Democratic senator's office said Emily Brown died Monday morning in Mansfield of complications from leukemia.

Spokeswoman Joanna Kuebler said information on funeral arrangements will be released this week.
