Ann Coulter under investigation
Source: Daily News (NY)

Coulter is being probed. Following our Jan. 11 column, Connecticut’s Elections Enforcement Commission is making a “thorough investigation” of whether the conservative pundit broke the law by voting in the Nutmeg State while living in New York City, according to a commission spokeswoman.

Officials are responding to a formal complaint filed by Coulterwatch.com blogger Dan Borchers. “For over 10 years, Ann Coulter has gotten away with illegal, immoral and unethical behavior, ranging from plagiarism to defamation, perjury to voter fraud,” claims the conservative Borchers. Coulter declined to comment, but in the past has branded Borchers a stalker. He says the FBI has determined he poses no threat.

Coulter claimed on voting forms that she lived with parents, despite purchase of $1.49 million condo in New York
Prolific conservative scribe Ann Coulter knows the intricacies of the great left-wing conspiracy that is supposed to be the Democratic Party machine but can't seem to figure out how to vote within the parameters of the law.

Coulter, who was cleared in 2006 over earlier allegations that she filed a false voter registration in Florida, is now facing charges that she filed voting papers using her parents' home in Connecticut even though she lived in New York.

The media-centric publishing powerhouse voted in Connecticut in 2002 and 2004, even though she was living in New York City. In fact, her landlord had just sued her for $11,028 in rent, and Coulter bought a posh $1.49 million condo on the Upper East Side, according to the NY Daily News -- hardly a strong case that she was living with her parents full time.

29. FINALLY A Case of Voter Fraud!
Finally it looks like there might be a case of genuine voter fraud that right-wingers can prosecute. The right-wingers have been using the bogus threat of 'voter fraud' by Hispanics, Afro-Americans, and the elderly as an excuse to demand voter ID laws and it looks like the right wingie-dingies finally have a case that can be taken to court and successfully prosecuted.

Unfortunately for Rethugs and Conserva-turds, the likely suspect is none other than right wing-nuttery's own Ann Coulter.

67. EXCLUSIVE: The New Voter Fraud Complaint Filed in CT Against the GOP's Ann Coulter
Source: BRAD BLOG

EXCLUSIVE: The New Voter Fraud Complaint Filed in CT Against the GOP's Ann Coulter
New allegations of absentee ballot fraud in '02 and '04, follow on her multiple voter fraud crimes in FL in '05, for which she was never 'cleared', as some media have inaccurately reported...

An official investigation is now underway into multiple voter fraud charges against Rightwing author and one-time attorney Ann Coulter in Connecticut. The investigation began after a complaint was filed with the state's Elections Enforcement Commission on January 29, 2009.

The BRAD BLOG has exclusively obtained a copy of that one-page complaint which is posted in full, as filed with Joan M. Andrews, Director of Legal Affairs and Enforcement for the commission, at the end of this article.

The complaint was filed by Daniel Borchers, a conservative Christian critic of Coulter's following allegations in the New York Daily News in January, that she had illegally voted by absentee ballot in CT, using her parents address there, in 2002 and 2004, despite being a resident of New York City at the time.

Previously allegations by Borchers against Coulter have been the subject of a number of articles over the years here at The BRAD BLOG, and he has, on occasion, even guest blogged a number of times here for us himself.

Why? What would she have to gain from committing voter fraud? Not that I doubt that she did, but is her sociopathy raging so far out of control that she cannot stop doing things like this?
