ReutersMOSCOW, Feb 10 (Reuters) - Russia's anti-monopoly watchdog said on Tuesday it will start investigation into four major oil companies for unjustifiably high prices on the wholesale and retail markets within the next week.
"I think within a week we will start these investigations," Anatoly Golomolzin, the watchdog's deputy head, told journalists, without specifying which companies are involved.
"We are talking both about the situation with retail prices, and with wholesale (prices). Wholesale prices have also risen recently, in our view there is not sufficient justification for this," he said. (Reporting by Vlasta Demyanenko, writing by Toni Vorobyova; editing by Guy Faulconbridge)
