Pittsburgh Boring Couple's Lawsuit Vs. Google Dismissed (Street View Case)
Source: WTAE Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH -- A federal judge in Pittsburgh has dismissed a suburban couple's suit against Google Inc. over online photos of their home, which they say violated their privacy.

Aaron and Christine Boring were seeking more than $25,000 in damages, alleging that photos of their Franklin Park home on the Web site's "Street View" feature also devalued their property and caused them mental suffering.

Google said there is an easy process on its Web site for homeowners to request removal of images without taking legal action.

6. 984 square feet 1 bed 1 bath?
Their house isn't worth $25000 - how much did they think "street view" devalued it?

7. To be perfectly honest...
I was expecting some sort of 1/4 mile gated driveway leading up to some McMansion.

Not what I was expecting...

5. Again the jokes just write themselves.
Why does this sound like a Monty Python skit involving blancmange and tennis.
