Terrorist 'Candid Camera': Alleged wanna-be Bronx jihadists under surveillance for nearly a year
Source: New York Daily News

It was terrorism's version of "Big Brother."

For nearly a year, the accused architects of the Bronx bomb plot didn't make a move or breathe a word without law-enforcement watching or listening.

Secret audio and video tapes show the Jew-hating gang of four were under constant surveillance almost from the second they hatched a plot to bomb two Bronx synagogues and blow a plane out of the sky - to the dramatic moment when cops busted them.

"They were like lab rats," a law enforcement source said of the incredible breadth of the investigation yesterday.

Thousands of hours of conversations between the wanna-be Islamic terrorists and with the FBI informant who ratted them out were caught on video or audio tape - or both.

Investigators were determined to avoid a snafu that derailed the prosecution of other terror cases, namely the issue of entrapment.

The FBI and the NYPD bugged their homes and their haunts....

"Live-feed surveillance cameras caught the quartet's every move - and beamed the images to television monitors at NYPD headquarters in Manhattan and FBI headquarters in New York and Washington, sources said. "

Also@ Daily News:Terror suspect James Cromitie was armed with intent but not skills to pull off bombing of synagogues

http://www.nydailynews.com/news/ny_crime/2009/05/22/2009-05-22_armed_with_intent_but_not_skills_to_pull_it_off.html

"Rather than risk Cromitie eventually running into a fellow fanatic who had real explosives, the FBI and its Joint Terrorism Task Force with the NYPD staged an elaborate sting.

The informant told Cromitie he could get his hands on some explosives, maybe even a missile. Cromitie brought in three other wanna-bes who also seemed excited by the prospect of mass destruction but had no weapons to bring it about.

"Cromitie gets a group of friends," the supervisor said. "They are all down for this."

2. i have a theory... Islam is a Personality Cult, of a man Organically ill, with symptoms of Paranoia
Edited on Sat May-23-09 09:33 AM by sam sarrha
Delusions from Hallucinations caused by a disease called Acromegaly
http://users.skynet.be/sky50779/mohammed.htm
"Snip...A better scientific examination of the sources has made clear that all symptoms of acromegaly are present with some psychopathological paranoid traits. Acromegaly is caused by a small tumour of the hypophysis, beginning most of the time about the fortieth year and ending in the sixtieth year with an apoplexy of the hypophysis. According to the hadith Muhammad suffered from a long-lasting disease, which he treated by means of bleeding. He walked as somebody who comes down from a hill. His skin-colour was peculiar, not white, not too tanned, somewhat rosy. His eyebrows were conspicuous. He was sweating heavily, especially when he was receiving revelations. He heard the noise of bells and voices. He had a great appetite and suffered from hunger. Notwithstanding his sexual relations with ten young women, he remained quasi-sterile: one only child after the age of forty years. During his last illness he suffered from intense headaches, losses of consciousness, back- and intestinal pains. He died at the age of 62 years. Psychologically he was known as trustworthy, somewhat retiring and prude. Initially, about at the age of forty years, he was depressed, retiring, and showed a tendency to suicide. He spoke slowly. Most typical were his great hands, dough feeling palms, great feet, a long fleshy nose, well developed ears and a peculiar voice.
These indications suggest that he suffered from acromegaly. This hypothesis allows to explain almost all details found in the hadith. ...snip"

so wouldn't it be logical that his organic Paranoia would be interwoven into his teachings and the Hallucinations that made him Prophet of a strange voice in his head named Allah.

lastly there are fundamentalists in his religion who are raised in this inherent paranoia and denied an adequate education in reality that makes them susceptible to manipulation of Psychopaths and the FBI...and generally by predatory people with an agenda, like their religious leaders, political leaders

would anyone today with an "adequate education" worship a hallucination of someone they knew had Schizophrenia, etc,.. or that simply knew what an Hallucination was..??

we live in a society today that casts it's untreated mentally ill onto the streets to live in a dumpster on Skid row.. in the past they became Prophets of God.. and lavished with underage girls to impregnate.. ahh..the good ol days.. return to bite us in the ass.

4. That fits the fanatical versions of ALL religions...
and belief systems, which seem to have a mainstream version, a mystical version (my favorite), and the scary fundamentalist extremist version. I wouldn't use that theory to single out Islam.

9. i wasnt singling them out.. take Abraham, ask a Psychiatrist if a person hears a voice tell'n them
to kill their only child on an altar of god, so compelling that they must do it, what's that called..?? Religion..??

everything is on a case by case basis... no religion has passed, so far

Defining Religion as :
a set of beliefs about a supernatural being/Deity that holds Dominion over the earth, demands supplication, and punishes the un believers. there are variations, created the earth/universe.. sends Representatives to reveal his secrets.. etc..

by definition Allah and Jehovah are Demi-Gods... long known as trouble maker god wanna be's

Jesus.. lived on the Old Silk Road was apparently exposed to Buddhism, where else could you discover a path of life based on unconditional love, tolerance.. in a culture where people stoned to death their own family and friends for really stupid shit like drawing water from a well on the wrong day.. but he apparently didn't get the whole story..

Buddhism isn't a Religion, it is a method of training the mind. new research has discovered the nature of the mind. how it's various regions interact not only to perceive the world, but create the world we live in. true Parallel universes... the Book Destructive Emotions by Danial Goldman and the Dalai Lama seems to have started a movement when the study in the book revealed that all the information gathered in the development of Psychology was potentially invalid.. it seems that that there were no 'Controls' in those studies. studies were done using drain imaging on monks, long time Mediators.. and Republicans. haters.. etc.. the various spectrum of views.. it seems the Buddhists/other meditation based practices had this figured out 2500 years ago. meditation is a major key in the new studies. similar results are achieved in religions involving daily focused prayer. but not because the prayer works, the process works.. spend 10 minutes a day saying anything over and over you get the same result without the Dogma.

i'm reading a new book about it, it said the imaging studies showed that some Fundamental Religious practices actually cause brain damage

Buddhism is based on a logical statement.. the Four Noble Truths, a process often referred to as the healing of a Physical Illness...
1/Suffering exists: the illness itself,..
2/the cause of Suffering:delusions caused by ignorance,delusion, grasping/attachment.. 3/if there is a cause there's a cure, suffering isn't inherent..
4/the cure, the 8 Fold Path, essentially living a life that is positive while one trains the mind till natural phenomena start becoming evident

i was an angry, cynical alcoholic, after meditating that all fell away. i found myself in a very different world. expansive, inclusive, compassionate. i took a job as a Juvenile Parole officer in a Detention Center for the opportunity to teach Meditation, it was really astounding.. cruel, brutal kids became protectors, tutors, helpers within a month usually, i made the system look bad and they stopped me.

3. Another Set-Up
This was a political bust -- it is apparent that no one was ever in danger from these losers.

So, while the FBI is spending time entrapping these pathetic souls ... what serious threat is flying under their 'sensitive' radar?

Do I feel safer because this 'plot' was exposed? No! In fact, my confidence level in the FBI has declined even further because of this story.

8. And this doesn't help in the confidence of the FBI -
"FBI Agent on Synagogue Case Has Questionable Record"

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=103x450401

... Special Agent Robert Fuller, whose name appears at the top of the federal criminal complaint in the case, had a hand in the FBI's failure to nab two of the 9/11 hijackers, had one of his informants set himself on fire in front of the White House, and was involved in misidentifying a Canadian man as a terrorist leading to his secret arrest and torture -- a case that is now the subject of a major lawsuit ...

Fuller was involved in the earlier Canadian case as the man who interrogated a wounded Afghani teenager named Omar Khadr ... Under Fuller's interrogation, Khadr dubiously identified a Canadian citizen named Maher Arar as someone he had seen in Afghanistan. Arar was then shipped to Syria where he was imprisoned and tortured for a year. It's now been proven that Arar could not have been in Afghanistan when Khadr, under intense pressure from Fuller, said he saw him there.

In January, Fuller took the witness stand in Khadr's trial at Guantanamo Bay. He testified that during the interrogation at Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan, Khadr identified Arar from a photo and said he had seen him in Afghanistan.

Under cross examination, though, Fuller disclosed that Khadr didn't actually identify Arar. Instead, he first said Arar "looked familiar," and then "in time" he felt he recognized the man in the photo, according to Fuller's testimony ...

7. real terrorists are not as stupid or naive as these guys.
take some highly suspect prison converts to islam ,add in their level of intelligence, and then stir with a manipulating fbi agent and what do you get? a really speculator case that amounts to nothing.

it took the government three times and millions of dollars to finally convict the "sears tower bombers" i wonder how long and how many millions it will take to convict these idiots?
