4. I love San Diego but the politics around here stink!
So, Patty Davis can not be trusted to a public office because here adult son got busted for a couple of pot plants? Unbelievable!
The sad thing is that Davis will probably lose because of this. San Diego is a "if the republicans say its right then its right",populace.

I'm impressed with Keil's produce section, as opposed to the Vons. I do miss my Vons card values, though!!

12. Screw 'em!
A couple of pot plants? You gotta be kindin' me!!

If these pukes can't trust Patty, because her adult son had a couple of plants, then what the hell are these bastards going to say about this one! Lynch him? Impeach him? Obviously can't trust him.

"The nephew of Attorney General-designate John Ashcroft received probation after a felony conviction in state court for growing 60 marijuana plants with intent to distribute the drug in 1992 - a lenient sentence, given that the charges against him often trigger much tougher federal penalties and jail time. Ashcroft was the tough-on-drugs Missouri governor at the time."

Got that? For growing 60 Plants he should have been in a federal prison, but Alex Ashcroft was tried in state Court and avoided jail!
Despite his nephew being caught, Herr Ashkroft went on to hold higher public offices.

5. had to re-read it to assure i read correctly this morning..
but it sounds like a Dem on Dem crime to me. Of course, the pugs could have done it in a way to set up Sherard. Should be interesting to see how this plays out, but I doubt they will ever find out who the culprit is.

6. The Bushevik Dirty Tricks Squads make Watergate look like
a kindergarten class playing "good cop/bad cop".

This is a gentle incident for them, but typical.
