Venezuelan Bonds Recommendation Raised by J.P. Morgan

A tidbit for the "Chavez is toast" people.

March 4 (Bloomberg) -- J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
raised its recommendation on Venezuela's bonds,
citing expectations that some of this year's price
declines in response to opposition protests
demanding a recall vote against President Hugo
Chavez will be reversed.
