3. As heard last night
On "The Daily Show"...

"better check Osama for freezer burn when they find him", or some words to that effect.

5. Will Fox News get the exclusive "Hunt for bin Laden" scoop as
a bone for their continued support in propping up Dimson?

I can imagine about 2 weeks of ongoing docu-drama's with Geraldo Rivera going from cave to cave in pursuit of the elusive OBL. And, once located, he'll host the play-by-play demolition of the target area by a USAF B-52, co-piloted by Commander-in-Chief Bunnypants.

6. Searching for Osama...
From an e-mail:

Pentagon officials believe they have been unable to locate Osama Bin Laden
because he has found a place to hide out where:

(1) it is easy to get in if you have the money;

(2) no one will recognize or remember you;

(3) no one will realize that you have disappeared;

(4) no one keeps any records of your comings and goings; and

(5) you have no obligations or responsibilities.

Pentagon analysts are still puzzled, however, as to how Osama Bin Laden
found out about the Texas Air National Guard in the first place.

7. the search didn't go so well
a couple of years ago, so they had to say he was irelevant when they left to go to iraq. Now iraq isn't going so well so they've got to change the media subject and pretend its altogether something new. They must really think everyone has a really short memory and attention span. The sad thing is, maybe they're right.

8. Bush* election campaign gets underway at taxpayer's expense.
This should have been done a year ago instead of invading Iraq. Now they're going to spend as many tax dollars as it takes to bag their game by November. Why do they bother fundraising?

9. Saw that headline
and if I read it correctly, it would lead a person to believe that they hadn't been looking for Osama 24/7. Outrageous.

10. Could be tricky for them.
If they catch him now it seems like either way it is no good. Too soon and its "if it was that easy then why wait so long?". If too late then "if it takes that long then why wait so long to start looking?"

Sorry Bushie. You are the weakest link. Buh-Bye

Also conceivably hidden in there:
