It's on Court TV right now. Personally, although I am fairly certain that she did indeed tell the lies she is accused of telling, she is hardly in the big league of corporate criminals.

The assistant district attorney, David Kelley, is saying that this sends a message to corporate America that this type of corruption won't be tolerated. Yeah, right. Ken Lay is still at large, along with the rest of the Enron gang. Halliburton still hides most of its ill gotten gains in offshore tax shelters.

To the corporate bigwigs, I say: "Martha Stewart is tried for your sins."
