Both candidates claim victory in Romania race

BUCHAREST, Romania – Both candidates claimed victory in Romania's presidential election Sunday even as exit polls showed the country's left-leaning ex-foreign minister just ahead of the incumbent.

Mircea Geoana, the ex-foreign minister and leader of the left-leaning Social Democrats, claimed victory, calling the results of the exit polls "a victory for normalcy, a victory for decency, for all citizens who want a better life."

1. If I understand correctly
That these are exit polls not official results. Maybe both of them should wait for the official results to come in before clamming victory.

3. My point exactly
