WASHINGTON – Because of record-breaking fund raising and a recent court ruling, President Bush might be able to give the Republican Party millions of dollars that he would be legally barred from spending this fall but that the party could spend on his behalf, election analysts say.

Big Dog got nailed for that too. Anybody know if that's just a long-standing practice to use AF1 for campaign trips? Seems like it'd have to be. I do think they should charge them more for the plane and staff's use for campaign trips than they do.
