WIBWWASHINGTON (CNN) -- A federal judge will hold a detention hearing Monday for a man who allegedly posed as a Secret Service agent to gain access to the office of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius over New Year's weekend, according to court documents and government officials.
Sebelius was not in the building when the man gained entry January 2, but a spokeswoman issued a written statement saying "this was a troubling incident" and acknowledged the man was on a list of people barred from entering the building.
Court officials said Frederick Nickerson is accused of presenting bogus credentials identifying himself as a Secret Service agent, as private security guards checked and cleared him past a ground-level desk at HHS headquarters.
Court documents say Nickerson motioned toward his waistband as if to suggest he had a weapon, and that he passed through the building's metal detector. The results of that scan were not revealed, and officials would not confirm or dispute that any weapons were found when he was later detained.

This is indeed troubling. Especially with all the teabaggers and right wing nut jobs who are being egged on by the likes of Hannity, Beck, O'Reilly, Limbaugh, et al.
