KARACHI (Reuters) - A van packed with explosives was found outside the U.S. consulate in the Pakistani city of Karachi on Monday, two days before Secretary of State Colin Powell visits the country, police said.

What exactly is a WMD? I am confused because some of these items that are killing a lot of people are your basic home made bombs -right?
Are they the same kind that Timothy McVeigh and his terrorists used on that terrible day in Oklahoma?

If so, why are we looking just in Iraq and all the Muslim countries? They may not fit Bushco's description of WMD but they sure can do as lot of damage.
