14. he doesn't have to get it. He only has to say it knowing they won't and they
have to face the wrath of the people who want them to do it. win-win for him,

2. ain't gonna happen
repukes care more about the GOP than they do about America - they have nothing which is why they need to be treated like what they are - rabid partisan dogs - a year has already been wasted cowtowing to these bastards - enough already

3. As much as I hate to say this about any other human being period....
I am anxious for the current generations to die off. Kind of like the Skeksis in Henson's The Dark Crystal.

6. Unfortunately, there's probably plenty of dicks to replace them
I grew up in the 70s and was shocked to see the majority of my pot-smoking, anti-establishment friends become a bunch of close-minded pricks. Granted, I grew up in pretty much an all-white suburb, but none of these guys went to college and were all essentially blue collar people. To this day, I can't figure out wtf happened.

8. Obama: "Join with me" "I am not an ideologue. I'm not!"

More here: http://www.newsdaily.com/stories/tre60s5jy-us-obama-republicans/

Republicans sense a chance to seize on the sour public mood to make electoral gains against Democrats who control Congress in November elections.

House Republican leader John Boehner said after the session that he thought the dialogue went well and that he hoped the president saw that there are some areas on which they can agree if Democrats will only listen.

...When Georgia congressman Tom Price charged that Obama had repeatedly accused Republicans of offering "no ideas and no solutions," Obama shot back, "I don't think I said that."

Pathetic.

11. Insanity?
Tis the classic definition of insanity?
Endless futile begging for their precious bipartisanshit
and expecting an outcome different from
a laugh behind yer back
a glob of spit in yer eye
a glove across yer face
a punch in yer mouth
their boot up yer behind
a shiv in yer back
Waterloo in yer soup.

All turn-the-other-cheek and no punch back
makes obumma
spineless,
wimpy,
greasy,
stoopid,
and a nice bush3 one termer.

12. So what is this very public display about, an opportunity to set up
the Republicans I hope. Give them enough rope and they'll hang themselves perhaps, but that will only work if he plans to fight
the Blue Dogs by exposing them too.
