Citizens demanding to learn what the administration knew before the attacks, but also public explanations of curious actions during the attacks were bolstered by comments indicating that the panel is still listening to the court of public opinion regarding open testimony by officials at the very highest levels of government.

Kean and Hamilton now face the daunting task regarding whether the constitutional crisis sure to be created when Mr. Bush invokes presidential immunity and use immunity for himself and his surrogates in response to their subpoena, is worth the aggravation. You are certainly entitled to your opinion, and I for one would never hold that against you. And as I have said before, I will not defend the thoughts and past of Mr. Flocco; nor Mr. Ruppert, Mr. Rense, Mr. Douglas, Mr. Pitt, etc. Nor dozens of others that want truth from their government.

An explanation may come to light if you read the very top of his website and I quote "Thomas Flocco... for honest Government in our lifetime..."

My own opinion on the record.....

I think all sides should get out of the "penis envy" mode and stop this once enviable country from falling into the mire of it's own creation. Let's concentrate on the problem of regaining our "self esteem" as a country.

Dear Commission Members,

It is of the utmost importance to have President George W. Bush, National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice, Joint Chiefs Chairman General Richard Myers and other administration officials testify publicly under oath regarding events leading up to and involving the day of the attacks of September 11, 2001.

Yet, attempts to answer questions regarding the most vicious, heinous, and dastardly attacks on American soil have remained unanswered. Instead of answers to these pressing questions, the American people have received obfuscation and declarations of intent not to answer such questions.

This leads me to ask: “What is the Bush Administration hiding?”

As I recall, President Bill Clinton was required to testify publicly under oath when requested by the Republican House and Senate. Why are the Republican House and Senate protecting Mr. Bush and others now?

I believe we, the American people, deserve an answer to this question, as well as others.

This campaign is getting legs. A lot of people have picked up the campaign and posted to their websites. Even more are using the phones, email, and faxes to tie up this commission to a point we have to be heard. If we all work together we can make it happen.
