Source: Reuters

KIEV, March 4 (Reuters) - The party of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich proposed changing the law on the formation of a majority coalition on Thursday, trying to quickly fill a governing vacuum after ousting Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.
