Spanish Police Arrest Four More Suspects, One Week After Madrid Bombings
MADRID, Spain (AP) - Spanish police have arrested four more suspects, believed to be of Moroccan origin, in railway bombings that killed scores of commuters, court officials said Thursday, a week after the country's worst terror attacks.
Three were arrested in Alcala de Henares, a town outside Madrid where three of the four trains bombed in the March 11 attacks originated, the officials said on condition of anonymity.

The fourth suspect was arrested in the north of Spain, the officials said. The arrests came either late Wednesday night or Thursday morning, the officials said.

5. They didn't believe ETA was behind the attacks, either.
According to the Spanish press, the Spanish intelligence service thought it unlikely that ETA was responsible (this finally came out on Saturday).

Spain has been fighting terrorism since before Bush gave up drinking, and the Spanish people have long supported that fight.

2. Spain's response to terrorism:
Use intelligence and professional police work to find and arrest the perpetrators.

US response to terrorism:

Tell Americans to go shopping. Rob them of their liberties. Invade and bomb the shit out of third world countries, killing thousands of innocent civilians. Perpetuate fear at home and mistrust and outright hatred abroad. Create thousands of new terrorists so that you can continue your phony "war" forever.
