Not only does it take away one of the Whiners complaints - but it probably puts at least two more undecided Dems into the "Yes" column:

Democrats moved toward separating the votes after several members, including Rep. Dennis Cardoza (D-Calif.) and Stephen Lynch (D-Mass.), had said they could not support the procedural maneuver.

Yesterday on CNN Van Hollen said, when asked by Blitzer, if they have enough votes in the Senate to pass a reconcilliation bill -- Van Hollen said "no."

What I want to know is if they have the 51 votes in the Senate to pass the reconcilliation bill?

Or will we end up with the corporate written Senate bill as law without a "fix" thru reconcillation?
