7. LOL...good one.
I doubt regulators would allow this to happen though. Seeing as how AOHELL and MSN already control a sizeable chunk of the ISP market.

But it would kinda be funny as hell if it did happen because that would mean Nutscrape would also be owned by Micro$oft!
