GI, Four Civilians Killed in Iraq Attacks

BAGHDAD, Iraq - A car bomb blew up near a U.S. Air Force base north of the capital Monday, killing two Iraqi civilians and wounding 25 others, an Iraqi security official said. The U.S. military said a bomb killed a U.S. soldier and an Iraqi interpreter in Baghdad.

Two explosions Monday in the southern city of Basra wounded 13 British soldiers, but none of the wounds was life-threatening, British Defense Ministry officials said in London.

In Helsinki, the Finnish Foreign Ministry said two Finnish businessmen were shot and killed in Baghdad on Monday. They were part of a nine-person Finnish technological delegation visiting the Iraqi capital, ministry spokesman Markus Lyra said.

"The men were on their way to the Ministry of Electricity to make business contacts as part of a larger group," Lyra said. He did not identify the victims.

The men were killed near a highway underpass in west Baghdad, according to Iraqis at the scene. Their Iraqi driver was unhurt. The assailants fled, and there were no reports of arrests.

3. Now I am wondering if this is why Michael hasnt been emailing us

he usually emails us every day...and now hes at Abu Ghuraib, and is under heavy attack, if the news is reporting the full story they must be hunkered down or told they cant send emails..
I pray he keeps his helmet on, I pray he is hiding in his bunker, I pray he is not seeing things that will ruin him for life, I pray he will not come back so changed we wont know him, I pray he has a light over him protecting him in this, I pray he knows we love him even tho we havent heard from him , I pray he is not afraid, and I pray he comes home.
I cannot damn the Bush administration more then I already have, and God will damn them for this.
