Clarke is one angry man. Rumsfeld said we need to revise how we do administration transitions. Maybe. But do we ever think this administration could stop high politics for even one second?
It is disingenuous of anyone to imagine that this BushCo group would ever relinquish its partisan point of view. They are - you are either with us or against us. Always.
