2. They'll be out of $$$ by the end of June.
The UK is short on funds for Iraq, unlike the US.

4. No problem in numbers... but sending a signal...

sure, it's just a few soldiers...

But it's the signal
"No spanish soldiers will die in Iraq (anymore) for a war that the people of Spain doesn't want or need!"

Peoples of other countries might now put more pressure on their governments to bring the soldiers home, specially as long as there is no U.N. mandate...
