U-M abortion records won't be released for case

Patients' abortion records will not be released by the University of Michigan Health System today for use as evidence in a federal lawsuit challenging the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act because none of them are relevant to the case, officials said Wednesday.

5. asscroft needs to be stopped from violating OUR rights to medical

privacy....asscroft should get busy working on terrorism....since the 9/11 hearings were very clear that we are LESS safe now....no wonder...such a WASTE of money....bush* health care policies is letting real people DIE for lack of funding, yet asscroft THROW THE ENTIRE WEIGHT OF THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT against the University of Michigan AGAIN....last time, asscroft slammed U of M for CIVIL RIGHTS and letting highly qualified BLACK people into my alma matter....
