I wasn't aware that Condoleezza Rice was actively preparing to leave her job at the end of the year. If it's true that Bush is keeping her from testifying before the September 11th Commission, he's not allowing her to rebut suspicions that it's all her fault. That sounds like the sort of thing he would do.
