WASHINGTON (AFP) - Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry (news - web sites) was not amused by President George W. Bush (news - web sites)'s joke on Iraq (news - web sites)'s missing weapons of mass destruction, scolding the president for taking a "stunningly cavalier attitude" on a serious matter

"George Bush insulted me as a veteran and as a friend to many still serving in Iraq," Kerry said in a statement released Thursday.


"President George W. Bush showed a stunningly cavalier attitude toward the failed search for weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and the Administrations rush to war," Kerry said.


"If George Bush thinks his deceptive rationale for going to war is a laughing matter, then he's even more out of touch than we thought," he said. "Unfortunately for the President, this is not a joke."

Don't use pictures of wounded or dead--they'll just bitch about poltically using images of the war casualties--but he can make an excellent ad which would diminish his stature as a "wartime" leader.

the image of a clueless Bush looking for WMDs as a point of humor and THE FLIPPIN' pRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES doing the same thing.
