Rice Discusses Terror, but Not Under Oath (Public Relations Nightmare) AP

"WASHINGTON - Condoleezza Rice (news - web sites) says the Bush administration has a good story to tell about fighting terrorism and she's pouring it out in television appearances, interviews and newspaper articles. The one place she won't talk is in public, under oath, before the independent commission investigating the Sept. 1, 2001, terrorist attacks.

"That is blossoming into a public relations nightmare."

I could not find this same story, so I hope this is not a dupe. In any event, the AP is now calling Rice's refusal to testify under oath a blossoming public relations nightmare.

7. Credibilty?

Ms Rice's credibilty is going down the tubes. Since most Americans don't pay much attention to details and form opinions mainly from perceptions, Ms Rice not appearing in public before the commission has the perception that she is hiding info. Ergo, her credibilty is waning rapidly.
