Two Dead As Cargo Plane Crashes In Dubai

The bodies of two crew members have been recovered after a cargo plane crashed in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates' civil aviation authority has said.
The United Parcel Service (UPS) aircraft came down shortly after taking off from Dubai International Airport.

The Boeing 747-400 crashed at a Dubai air force base with two crew members on board, UPS said.

Witnesses told Al Jazeera television the plane was ablaze when it came down.

Smoke was seen rising from the crash site, which was shielded from the highway by walls.
