5. What do you mean?
I'm laughing at the gullible Americans. How many days did we hear the "breaking news" about how we had the number 2 man "surrounded". Wolf Blitzer practically wet his pants over it. Then nothing. You really gotta wonder who watches these mainstream news idiots any more with all the hype and propaganda they put out there.

6. CNN is the White House show - Stamped and approved by Rove & company
The Wolf Blitzer show is a fucking joke. The red flag is at the beginning of his show where Wife is shown striking all those stupid poses.

7. I'm only suprised they withdrew it...
It's not surprising that the junta lied, it's surprising they backtracked. Someone must have been about to expose the lie or something.

Pakistan withdraws al-Qaeda claim

Pakistan has withdrawn claims that a senior al-Qaeda militant was killed in the latest offensive against militants near the Afghan border.
An army spokesman said that he was a local militant, not an international al-Qaeda intelligence chief...

also:

"...It says 46 soldiers and 63 opposition fighters died in the two-week offensive against "terrorist structures" that ended on Sunday. Another 163 fighters have been arrested, the army says..."

And this is supposed to be a successful operation? :eyes:
