1. Any chance it could be on Sirius too...
or would that be stabbing Thom Hartmann in the back -- which I would not want to do.

2. As far as I know not Sirius. Sirius has some right wing BS on tonight
some guy who works for Fox, Alan Colms. I need to complain to them. I bought this home unit so I could listen to left not right or centrist. I will get Air America on computer.

7. How much does satellite radio cost?
With the cost of the equipment aside, how much is a subscription?

6. campaign contribution history of Air America talent
check it out...these folks put their money where their mouths are

Al Franken
Janeane Garofalo
Sam Seder
Randi Rhodes

funny, you can't find 1 contribution from the likes of O'Reilly, Hannity, or Limbaugh. Is that because they are more 'fair and balanced'?

8. DUers, we need to feed THIS beast!
I want everybody to get they ass over there and sign up now! We need to make it a point to do business with their advertisers and we need to send emails of encouragement to the hosts and the Suits who are running this venture.

For every piece of Reich-Wing crap that some acquaintence forwards to you, hit "reply all" with a link to the Air America home page.

DU has years' worth of subject matter for the Air America hosts. They need a "Welcome" message from each and every one of us!

This is a GFD (Great Fucking Day) for radio!!!!!!

:bounce:

9. Why name it after a CIA front?
Air America????

How'd they manage to name a liberal radio production company after an airline that was a CIA front?
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Air_America|Air America>

(And how am I supposed to link URLs? The instructions say to leave off the "http://" protocal bit, but that doesn't seem to work with urls that don't start with "www." My god, please, make this simpler. And why use javascript to link the DU-Board HTML look-up table?? -- I had to turn on javascript and re-login to use it. Sheesh!)
