Nov 3 (Reuters) - U.S. House of Representatives Republican leader John Boehner said on Wednesday that extending the Bush tax cuts for all income groups is the right policy.

Boehner, expected to become House speaker after Republicans took the House from the Democratic Party in Tuesday's elections, also told a news conference that he sees no problem working with Tea Party conservative members on Republicans' legislative priorities. It also makes me mad when certain people (OK, Jon Stewart) say that volume & hyperbole is the problem. It's not. Republican politicians are never, EVER required to go into specific detail as to how their grandiose schemes will be carried out, unlike their Democratic counterparts.

Democrats are infuriating. They are proof positive of evolution due to the very amoeba-esque quality of their spines...frankly I am stunned that many of them can even stand fully erect for any length of time. Before yesterday's bloodbath many of them did not want to take a stand on taxes and tax rates and job growth in fear of the mid-terms....well THAT worked well.

The record of the Bush-era tax rates are demonstrably bad for jobs. Extending them further and creating an even LARGER deficit is as asinine as saying the first amendment does not provide for the separation of church and state. The myth that rich PEOPLE are the equivalent of "small" businesses and will "go out of business" if their tax rates go from 35 to 38% is un-fucking-real! CALL THEM ON IT!

Make the bastards take an actual stand and defend these policies beyond the platitudes. USE the bully pulpit to take this message directly to the people. MAKE them understand....COMMUNICATE TO THEM!!

Listening to President Obama right now though and I do not hear "fight" in his voice or tone or message...I hear "flight"...I am opening book on his announcement to not seek re-election at June 2011...anyone wanna go over-under on that?
