Sarah Palin Complains About Invasion Of Her Privacy On First Episode Of Her Reality Show
Source: Huffington Post

WASHINGTON -- The first episode of Sarah Palin's new show, "Sarah Palin's Alaska," has been placed online and it starts with what is now a familiar lament about the intrusiveness of the press from the former Alaska Governor.

The specific grievance is directed at Joe McGinniss, the freelance reporter who over the course of the summer camped up in the house next to Palin's home in Alaska. And in terms a bit more candid than expressed at the time, Palin offers her displeasure.

"Our behavior has certainly changed this summer because of this new neighbor," she says at the show's onset. "I think it is an intrusion, an invasion of our privacy and I don't like it." Palin later adds, "It's just none of his flippin' business."

Even the soft-spoken first dude, Todd Palin, gets in on the act, saying that his summer fun had been "taken away from us because of a new neighbor next door who is writing a hit piece on my wife. I mean life is about being productive but these people want to seek and destroy."

3. So, the person that paraded her entire family in front of the world, made an appearance on
"Dancing With the Stars", allowed interviews in her Governor's mansion in Alaska before she resigned, gave an interview while killing a turkey, and now has a reality show where millions can watch her everyday life....

is complaining about invasion of privacy?

Here's another one you can add. I have a feeling we'll be seeing more from her in the future, unfortunately.

29. Yeah, I almost upchucked my oatmeal when I saw she was
waiting on set of the Today show for either Matt Lauer or Meredith Viera to interview her about 'What's next for Christine O'Donnell?"

WHO THE HELL CARES???

After today, I'm giving up on NBC anyway. Sorry Office and 30 Rock.

4. It is impossible for me...
...not to be physically ill at her sight, her sound, or even the very mention her name. I have hated a wide variety of politicians and public figures in my 50 plus years; the feelings I've held pale in comparison to my view of this wretched waste of biological material.

24. I share your distaste.
Palin's voice is remarkably like Victoria Jackson's and they both have the dumbell quality that is prized in a female comic.

5. The world's smallest fucking violin plays on.
:nopity:

SHE put herself in the public eye. SHE quit her job. Who the fuck quits as governor of a state just to go on an endless self serving tour of America? oh, right, Palin did that. She thinks she is a rock star or something. The point is that SHE is the one who decided to go public. Public is the opposite of private.

If she wants her privacy back so fucking bad, she can quit touring America endlessly acting like she thinks she is some kind of rock star and go back to obscurity, where she came from. Trust me. If she'd quit touring the country endlessly like that and just go back to obscurity, she'd be a tiny little stinky footnote in the annals of history.

And the best part would be that I would never have to hear her awful obnoxious voice again. How sweet that would be. Hey, a girl can dream, can't she?

I thought you just said that someone who voluntarily has put themselves on a reality teevee show is COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR PRIVACY NOT BEING RESPECTED?

Seriously?

13. Whine, whine, whine.
Apparently all you have to do to appeal to conservatives is to squall like an infant over every imagined slight, triggering their reliable "WE'RE VICTIMS!" response.

I must say, these right-wing nutjobs are the most annoying, aggravating group of people I have ever encountered in my life. I hate it that they live here in America, my country. I hate it that there are so many of them and so few thinking people here. I hate reading about how America is circling the drain and realizing that it is because we blindly follow asinine conservative policies at every opportunity.

America is being held hostage by its nastiest, least intelligent, least informed citizens. Who will save us?

15. The wingnuts
The wingnuts are especially annoying when they do their "we're victims! WAHHH! Mommy!" whining at the same time as doing their "Fox News has sooooo many viewers and we have sooooo many voters and we have sooooo much of America behind us!" ranting.

23. Of course she's not an infant!
Infants pretty much only cry when they have a real reason. They have something like five reasons for crying, and it only takes figuring out which one it is to get them to stop. Palin and the other Republicans (Boehner, for example) cry and whine at the drop of a hat, for no reason, all the while telling Democrats to "man up."

25. Whine, whine, whine.
That's what religious people do! There is always something/someone in the way of that perfect world we'd have if only everyone thought and acted just like they do.

Well, that ever-present something/someone in the way of their fantasy has a name.... "REALITY".

the minute they started airing ads for that craven, vicious twit's show. I didn't want to risk accidently hearing that nails-on-chalkboard whiny voice. I refuse to be poisoned by even 20 seconds of her.

33. She was, indeed, a very private person as VP candidate.. yup!!!
And being on twitter, helps, as does making speaking engagements, and Fox News helps, too.

She and her family are very private people, and have a comedy series on TV now to show you how private they are!!!
