So this is in the news now because some decision has just been made; since the case had already been tossed, the only decision I can see that was left was how much they could claim in lawyers' fees. By setting it at $1, the judge seems to have been saying "you should never have employed any lawyer in the first place". Was Nader's lawsuit really so pathetic that it didn't need a lawyer to say why it should be dismissed?
