Flight QF430, with 214 passengers on board, took off from Melbourne Airport at 12.20pm but was forced to return to Melbourne after a cockpit indicator showed a potential problem with one of the plane's wingflaps.

These recent hiccups that Qantas have been having isn't doing anything at all to help my horrible fear of flying. It might even get to the point where I feel safer flying Virgin when I get forced to travel for work...
