Police enforce the city parks curfew and shut down Tulsa's "Occupy Wall Street" protest.
Just before 2:00am Wednesday morning, nine protesters were arrested. They refused to leave the Chapman Green in downtown.
Police used pepper spray on some and carried others to waiting cruisers.
Approximately 30 other protestors looked on and shouted from the sidewalks.

Tonight nine protesters were pepper sprayed at less than two inches from the face in the position we were told to be in if we didnt want to be pepper sprayed. Tulsa police has lied. They sent 75 police officers to arrest 9 people and take down our tents.
