Meghan McCain Joins MSNBC as Contributor
Source: B&C

Sen. John McCain's daughter, Meghan, has joined MSNBC as a contributor, making her first contribution at noon Monday (Nov. 21) on NOW with Alex Wagner.

She has been a frequent guest on the network since 2009. She brings the experience of her time on the campaign trail with her father. She used that experience to write the memoir, Dirty Sexy Politics.

MSNBC is hardly relevant anymore.

She used that experience to write the memoir, Dirty Sexy Politics."

All of which adds up to journalism experince. It's the people who wasted their time and effort on learning journalism who I really feel sorry for.

8. Alex Wagner's show was putrid this morning
Even Melissa Harris Perry was disappointing, especially on the issue of OWS. How is that a conservative like Michael Steele was the only one of five people having anything good to say about OWS?

ALEX WAGNER COMPARED THE OWS PROTESTORS TO "REACTIONARY HIPPIES" (HER EXACT WORDS) OF THE 60S. REACTIONARY HIPPIES?

11. MSNBC is trying so hard to be middle of the road that it has
outlived it's usefulness.

16. It was pathetic. But it will probably go on for awhile because
it shows how MSNBC is so "fair and balanced".
Olberman was all they had going, now they've got nothing.

18. But it's Republican from the first thing in the morning until Al. Tweety is so off and on, you
can't call him progressive.

MSNBC is mostly Republican NOW. Why make it worse with McCain?????

14. I cut my cable a year ago, so I have no skin in this game.
I no longer have MSNBC, so I could care less who they hire as contributors. Pretty much all I get from MSNBC are the clips I spot here on the intertubes.

I have heard about/read/seen some of Ms. McCain a few times over the past few years. While I seriously disagree with much of what she says, she has occasionally sounded like a reasonable person... especially on social issues like gay marriage for example. She may be a kook, but I'd like to think she has the potential to be a somewhat reasonable kook sometimes.

Whatever.

Along with Rachel Maddow and Keith, Thom Hartmann's The Big Picture on FSTV is one of the few really intelligent shows.
