Sullivan faces a charge of unlawful distribution, manufacturing, dispensing or sale of a controlled substance. The Class 5 felony carries a penalty of up to six years in prison.
Sullivan is being held in the jail that bears his name, the Patrick J. Sullivan Jr. Detention Facility. He was sheriff from 1984 until his retirement in 2002.Text

In my youth, I was at a party in what is now Centennial. It got Busted around 11pm. All of us from Denver or living outside of a gated community got tickets... everyone from inside a gated community or from well to do neighborhoods got a police car ride home.

that's the jyst of Sullivan's Sheriffs department.
