Bush appoints supporter to run Iraqi corporate sector
Edited on Fri Aug-08-03 04:53 PM by sandnsea
"President George W. Bush (news - web sites) has appointed one of his major political fundraisers, Thomas Foley, to run the Iraqi state business sector and draw up a sweeping privatization, Foley said." <snip>

"In June, a senior US adviser to the Iraqi industry ministry, Tim Carney, said the US-led coalition had decided to go back on an earlier pledge to leave any privatization decision to an elected Iraqi government.

Instead, it planned to start privatizations as soon as an interim administration was in place." <snip>

Lies, lies and more lies. These people are nauseating.

On edit:

Oh lord, they've turned my mind to mush! Here's the link.

4. Imperial Liscence to Steal
Edited on Fri Aug-08-03 05:29 PM by tom_paine
Typical.

Fraud, bribery, kickbacks, collusion and conflict-of-interest...

The Imperial Family doesn't even bother to hide it anymore.

Which is, of course, a VERY bad sign.

It means they don't have to worry about being elected because they have the process in their pockets, from the Right-Wing Sub-Media and their Organ Grinder Monkeys in the Corporate TV Pravda, to Touchscreen Stalin Machines to the tried and true disenfranchisement mechanisms utilized in the Bloodless Coup 2000 and Imperial Selection 2002: Imperial Fraud goes Digital, Imperial Assassinations proceed apace for enemies of the Imperial Family.

5. Well what can you do, make them give the country back?
I think Bush knows that, he does not and can not give the country back so what will we do? I also believe that he acts the way he does because he feels the fix is in with the voting machines for the '04 election.
