CNN BREAKING: Bulldozer attack | Buildings destroyed

Breaking on CNN -- a bulldozer reinforced with steel plates has destroyed the town hall, library and a store in Granby, Colorado -- Granby's county namager says a disgruntled citizen miffed at some local decisions is behind the rampage; some shots fired, perpetrator is holed up and cornered.

NOTE: This is in the mountains a little northwest of Boulder, where you'll find small communities filled with hard lefties, hard righties, and for the most part some of the nicest people you can imagine. It's not common for someone to come this unhinged.

According to the video, the bulldozer is plated in steel and has a gun turret. The witness says the perp has evidently spent "months in preparation." No word of casualties yet, but he was almost blocked in with road graters.
