Meteorite sighted in NSW

June 17, 2004

A METEORITE reportedly the size of a house fell on the NSW south coast overnight, exploding in a bright flash, police said today.

A driver on the Hume Highway shortly after 9pm (AEST) near Menangle reported an object the size of a house falling from the sky.

<snip>

The meteorite was described as glowing silver in colour and similar to an artillery shell when it exploded with a bright flash on impact.

Workers at the Sydney Airport Tower said they saw a meteorite about 9pm, police said.

5. This thing supposedly happened at 9pm Sydney time???
Which means it would have happened 19 hours ago, because it's currently 4pm on June 17th in Sydney.

No other news about it???

If it occurred June 10, that might make some sense...though I'm not suggesting that it was the only reason.

37. sound the ORANGE ALERT
terrorists have obtained ARMD's (Alien Rocks of Massive Destruction)

Cheney reports that aliens have met with Saddam and Bin-Laden!!
"We must Invade the Alien Homeworld!!" he yelled to a hand-picked crowd.

One protestor was arrested when he asked -- "do we even know where the Alien Homeworld is?"

later, Rumsfeld addressed reporters and issued this statement, "We have proof that aliens are conspiring with Al-Qeada cells. We know where the Alien Homeworld is and we will invade!!! Heads of our military have assured me that hum-vees are -- at this moment -- being refitted for space travel!"

but the hat my wife made for me last christmas works. I wear when I am on the net. My brain has stopped melting from all the microwaves beamed from the satellites. I'm a new man now.

The only advice I can give to those without protection is get some foil and sew it in a beany hat. I imagine a shook would work too.

anyone spotted 'Aussie Bloke' on the Hume Highway at around 9:00pm?

"We went out to check if it was something bad, like a plane," said a police spokesman. However we didn't find anything - there was no bloody great rock sitting in the middle of the highway, anyway".

A meteorite the size of a house would throw up a massive cloud of dust which would get everyones attention, nevermind the impact explosion. A meteorite the size of a car could take out a city block.

Nothing to see here. Pity... given the current state of the world I'm up for a bit of Apocalyptic carnage. When the big one does hit, I'll be one of the guy's surfing the tsunami.

17. Space waste 'burnt before impact'
"A CHUNK of space debris claimed by a witness to be the size of a house probably burnt up over the NSW south coast before it could hit the ground, astronomers said today.

If something of that size had hit the earth, it would have made a sonic boom and registered on seismological graphs, said Dr Ford, who is based at the Mt Stromlo Observatory in Canberra.

He said the object was likely to have been less than a metre in diameter and that no fragments nor a crater would be found."

The Hyper-D Physics Connection

In his paper entitled "Hubble's New Runaway Planet," (www.enterprisemission.com), Richard Hoagland explains the forgotten 19th Century scientific theories of hyperdimensional physics. These theories were initially proposed over a hundred years ago by various scientists, and were updated in this Century by Faraday and Maxwell. In a nutshell, what hyperdimensional physics tells us is that three dimensional physical phenomena, perhaps including human consciousness itself, are dependent upon higher dimensional realities for their existence.

Hyper-D physics hypothesizes that the basic laws of the three-dimensional world are united in four dimensional space, but merely "look different because of the resulting crumpled geometry of 3-D reality." This is a major break with Newtonian laws of "action at a distance." Instead it proposes that such "forces" are a "direct result of objects moving through 3-D space geometry distorted by the intruding geometry of 4-D space." In essence, the laws of nature become simpler in higher dimensions because of the effect of geometric spatial distortions in the 3-D world. The implications stemming from this model - the dynamic hyperspace foundations of reality - completely demolish our current view of reality. For, according to Hoagland's research, the "tail wags the dog." Hyper-D physics is the only model that can explain how the planets are completely capable of exerting a determinant influence on the Sun and on each other through their disproportionate ratio of total solar system angular momentum. Suffice to say, according to Hoagland, we are simply entering once again, after 13,000 years (which incidentally is equal to the Mayan "Baktun" cycle) "a phase of this recurring, grand solar system cycle of renewed hyperdimensional restructuring of reality." And, as Hoagland notes, this may even be due to the presence of a particularly enormous solar system body which has just recently come into view, thanks to the Hubble telescope.

As Hoagland notes, something strange is indeed happening in the solar system. One of the effects is that the official Cesium Atomic Clock has had to be adjusted by over 20 seconds in the last two decades; approximately a full second every six months. The official atomic clock is supposedly theoretically stable to plus or minus one second in a million years. To Hoagland, this suggests that a progressive phase-shift is occurring between the Earth's rotation and the atomic-level constants that govern the quantum standards of the atomic clock. The growing difference between dynamic time and atomic time is compelling evidence of large scale changes in the hyperspatial physics of the solar system. It is possible, Hoagland explains, that hyperspatial stresses are due to the progressive orbital movement of as-yet undiscovered outer planets, which are causing increasing scalar potential changes across the entire solar system at the atomic level. The reason the clocks are changing, however, is because the Earth's rotation is changing. It is essentially slowing down due to changing phase relationships between undiscovered outer planets in the outer solar system! There can be no doubt that something is out there! And this something is quite capable of "making and remaking" the Earth, including seriously affecting the orbital rotation time of the planet.

It's also interesting to note in this regard that if orbital revolution is directly related to the passage of time, does this affect the aging process of the life forms on the planet? Could the presence of Marduk/Planet X be a possible explanation for the longer ages of the Old Testament patriarchs? Also, does "making and remaking the Earth" refer to a higher vibrational consciousness referred to as 4th dimensional consciousness? Is there then a relationship between the end of the Mayan Baktun cycle and the coming of Planet X? In any case, these bizarre "new age" concepts seem to be making more and more scientific sense.

The museum in Baghdad was looted in the Iraq war. Its the ancient Sumerian tablets dating from the 3rd millennium BC that needed to 'disappear'.

16. It always seemed to me ...

... that Mr. Hoagland's name is actually Hoaxland.

Seriously, I think that this guy is, uhm, "a little funny in the head".
A co-worker pointed me to his website and all the "things" he sees in Martian stones, like machine parts, etc.

His website is good for a laugh, though IMHO.

Cheers! :toast:

28. Nonsense
Meteroids enter the atmosphere at 17,000 mph. Itty bitty ones get chewed up and slowed down by the atmosphere. One the size of the house would treat the atmosphere like a soap bubble. Something that big is getting close to the size of a planetkiller. If he was close enough to see it, he'd be too close to survive it.
