June 24 (Bloomberg) -- An explosion in the Turkish capital Ankara, on a street close to the hotel where U.S. President George W. Bush will be staying this weekend, injured at least three people, CNN Turk television reported.

Istanbul will host a North Atlantic Treaty Organization summit June 28-29 which Bush and other world leaders will attend. Bush will be visiting Ankara for talks with Turkish officials this weekend before the summit.

he's going to Ankara to meet with Turkish leaders first, then on to Istanbul for summit.
