Apparently this is a warm-up for pardoning his old pal, Ken Lay?

I guess Bush never met an embezzler he didn't love.

There has to be a name for this phenomena. We live in skewed times where our criminal justice system takes a magnifying glass to scrutinize behavior from dark citizens, and yet there is this entire segment of the population which gets off light because their light, even though their crimes ultimately destroy more lives.
